Users and visitors of client websites are subject to usage limits set by underlying server infrastructures, IDX platforms, and third-party integrations, such as Airtable.
Payment terms, cycles, and methods will be discussed and agreed upon initiation of services. Refund policies, if applicable, will be clearly communicated to clients.
Clients must ensure they provide accurate details, both personal and regarding their real estate services, to ensure effective service delivery.
All designs, functionalities, and solutions provided remain the intellectual property of Realty Rank until a complete transfer agreement is made.
While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to unforeseen technical difficulties or scheduled maintenance.
Realty Rank is not liable for inaccuracies in property listings, transaction issues on the real estate platforms, or any form of data loss. Regular backups are advised.
We reserve the right to terminate services for clients in breach of these terms. Clients can also discontinue services, adhering to agreed-upon exit clauses.
Clients’ websites may integrate with third-party services, including but not limited to Airtable. Realty Rank is not responsible for the data handling and practices of these third-party services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service. Significant changes will be communicated to our clients.
